Active mobile RV repair across Tacoma, WA and the Commencement Bay/Joint Base Lewis-McChord corridor. Same-day on roof, plumbing, electrical, slide-outs, AC, and generator service. Run by Connor Boyd, RVIA-certified, accountable to Pierce County RV owners.
Tacoma sits at the head of Commencement Bay, with the Port of Tacoma to the north, Point Defiance Park to the west, the Stadium District above downtown, and Joint Base Lewis-McChord just south of Lakewood. That mix puts a wide spread of rigs on our calendar - from JBLM-area military Class C and travel-trailer owners to retiree Class A diesel pushers in DuPont and Lakewood.
Marine air drift off the Foss Waterway and Ruston Way, paired with 39 inches of annual rain, accelerates corrosion on RV step assemblies, awning hardware, and exterior compartment latches on every rig that lives near the water. Sprinter-platform Class B conversions running Mount Rainier and Olympic loops are the third major slice.
The seasonal pattern is a steady wet-side base load October through April, mild summer with no AC surge, then a wave of pre-trip and dewinterize work in March and April as JBLM rotations and snowbird returns ramp up.
Roof seal failure on EPDM and TPO membranes is the year-round base load. Cracked Dicor at vent flanges, antenna bases, and the front cap drives most calls; we run scrape and reseal at $185 - $385 flat with self-leveling Dicor over every penetration. Slide-topper mildew and rot is the close second - single-slide topper replacement is $385 - $585.
Salt-air corrosion on Lippert Kwikee step assemblies is the constant Commencement Bay-side complaint. Step assembly replacement runs $385 - $685 flat depending on step count. Awning bracket and hardware corrosion adds $285 - $585 per side.
Water-damaged ceiling and front-cap repair is the third bucket. Front-cap reseal at the radius runs $245 - $485, soft-spot ceiling repair with luan, framing, and headliner panel runs $585 - $985. Refrigerator vent leak diagnostics on Norcold and Dometic absorption fridges is $185 - $385 to reseal, $885 - $1,485 if the cooling unit itself has failed.

Chassis and engine work goes to Cummins Northwest in Tacoma or Freightliner of Tacoma.
Standard hours are 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Saturday. After-hours emergency dispatch carries a $40 to $75 surcharge on top of the flat-rate.
Sunday calls are case-by-case and we will tell you on the phone whether we can land that day.
No, as long as we have access and a phone number for sign-off. We text photos before and after, send the flat-rate quote in writing, and run payment on the truck.
JBLM gate access is the one exception - you or a designee will need to escort us through the gate.
The Tacoma truck stages off Tacoma Ave S near downtown so we can reach Majestic Mobile Manor, the Port of Tacoma, Point Defiance, Ruston, and Stadium District inside 15 minutes. Same-day landing on calls placed before 11 AM, 2 to 4 hour emergency response on roof, electrical, and propane safety calls.
Extended-area runs out to University Place, Lakewood, DuPont, JBLM-adjacent storage lots, Puyallup, and Federal Way land same-day or next-morning depending on call volume. What we do not cover here is chassis work; engine, transmission, and frame issues on Class A diesel pushers go to Cummins Northwest in Tacoma or Freightliner of Tacoma.
