Active mobile RV repair across Olympia, WA and the south Puget Sound state-capitol corridor. Same-day on roof, plumbing, electrical, slide-outs, AC, and generator service. Run by Wesley Pierce, RVIA-certified, accountable to Thurston County RV owners.
Olympia is the state capital at the southern tip of Puget Sound, anchored by the Capitol campus, Capitol Lake, the Tumwater corridor, and the Nisqually estuary to the east. The resident rig mix is heavy on retired state-employee Class A diesel pushers and longer fifth wheels parked semi-permanently at full-hookup sites.
Snowbird traffic staging here is the second slice - rigs heading south on I-5 toward Oregon and Arizona pull into Olympia parks for pre-trip service every September and October. The third bucket is full-time-rig owners living year-round at American Heritage and Tumwater-area parks.
The climate is the classic south-Sound mild-but-relentlessly-wet pattern at ~50 inches of rain a year with very few hard freezes. That produces the longest moss and algae growing season of any metro on this list, which makes membrane care and seam maintenance the dominant ongoing service work.
Cracked solar panel caulk, EPDM and TPO membrane delamination at seams, soft floors from slow undetected leaks, and slide-topper rot are the bread-and-butter calls. We run roof reseal at $185 - $385 flat with self-leveling Dicor over every penetration; full EPDM membrane replacement is $1,850 - $3,200 when delamination has set in.
Solar panel reseal at the mounting brackets and combiner box runs $185 - $285 per array with new butyl tape and Dicor. Slide-topper replacement is $385 - $585 per slide. Soft-floor repair with new luan, framing, and underlayment runs $585 - $985 for a small section.
Year-round occupancy at parks like American Heritage drives steady refrigerator (Norcold/Dometic) cooling-unit failures at $885 - $1,485, water heater and furnace circuit-board replacement at $185 - $385 per board, and full-time-rig leveling-jack and slide-motor service work that seasonal-only metros do not generate. Lippert Level-Up motor replacement is $585 - $885 per leg.

If you call before 11 AM we usually land same-day inside Olympia, Tumwater, Lacey, and at American Heritage Campground. Emergency leak or no-power dispatch runs a 2 to 4 hour window.
For Millersylvania State Park, plan on 20 to 30 minutes from dispatch in normal traffic.
Yes. Full-time-rig service at American Heritage is a major slice of our Olympia calendar - cooling-unit replacement, water heater and furnace board swaps, leveling-jack motor replacement, and slide-motor service.
We schedule recurring inspections and maintenance for resident rigs so problems get caught before they break.
Yes. Cracked solar caulk at the mounting brackets and combiner box is one of the most common moisture-intrusion paths on south-Sound rigs. Reseal runs $185 - $285 per array with new butyl tape and Dicor self-leveling sealant.
If the panel itself has degraded or the MPPT controller has failed we will quote replacement on the phone.
Norcold and Dometic absorption fridge cooling-unit replacement runs $885 - $1,485 flat. We carry the new unit, old-unit reclaim, and a leak-test kit on the truck.
For residential 12V refrigerator (Furrion, Vitrifrigo) swaps it is $1,485 - $2,185 depending on cabinet fit.
Yes. Pre-trip leak survey and 100-point inspection runs $185 - $385 flat-rate. NRVIA Level 1 or 2 pre-trip is $385 - $585 with a written report and photos.
Snowbird-season rigs get the most thorough pre-trip - we check roof, slides, AC, generator, propane, brakes, tires, and bearings.
Yes. Soft-floor and ceiling-panel repair after long undetected leaks is a recurring call here because south-Sound rigs sit through 50 inches of rain a year. Small section repair with new luan, framing, and headliner panel runs $585 - $985 flat.
For larger structural repair we do an inspection first and write a fixed scope before tear-out.
Standard hours are 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Saturday. After-hours emergency dispatch carries a $40 to $75 surcharge on top of the flat-rate.
Sunday calls are case-by-case and we will tell you on the phone whether we can land that day.
Yes. We run card and ACH on the truck once you approve the flat-rate quote. No cash up front, no deposit on most jobs.
For larger installs (lithium house bank, full solar, EPDM membrane replacement) we may take 30 percent down on parts ordered, balance on completion.
The Olympia truck stages off Rich Rd SE near the I-5 corridor so we can reach downtown Olympia, Tumwater, Lacey, and American Heritage inside 15 minutes. Same-day landing on calls placed before 11 AM, 2 to 4 hour emergency response on roof, electrical, and propane safety calls.
Extended-area runs out to Yelm, Tenino, Rochester, and Centralia land same-day or next-morning depending on call volume. What we do not cover here is chassis work; engine, transmission, and frame issues on Class A diesel pushers go to Cummins Northwest in Tacoma or Freightliner of Tacoma.
