Active mobile RV repair across Seattle, WA - Lake Union, Discovery Park, SoDo industrial, and the south King County belt. Same-day on roof leaks, plumbing, electrical, slide-outs, AC, and Onan generators. Run by Ian Bishop, RVIA-trained, accountable to every urban van-lifer and waterfront full-timer.
Downtown Seattle has no in-city RV park, so most of our customers are full-timers staging on the Lake Union and Elliott Bay waterfront, urban van-lifers in Sprinter and ProMaster Class B conversions parked on side streets near Discovery Park and Magnolia, and visiting rigs at south King or north Pierce campgrounds that need mobile service in town. Tech-money Class A's parked in long-term storage south of SoDo round out the book.
The marine layer, 38 inches of annual rain, and tight downtown side-street parking create heavy demand for roof seal and Dicor work, slide-seal mildew remediation, and house-battery and inverter diagnosis on van builds. Salt air off Elliott Bay accelerates corrosion on entry steps and exterior compartment hardware faster than inland King County.
Wet-bay water-damage repair after rigs sit through a Seattle winter is a steady winter and spring call. We work most rigs on-site at the curb, in storage lots near Georgetown and SoDo, or at the south King KOA in Kent.
The defining Seattle call is a roof leak on a rig that has not been resealed in 5+ years, found after the marine layer parked over a wet seam for a week. We run a full perimeter and penetration reseal at $185 - $385 flat-rate including any failed EPDM seam tape we replace. Wet-bay water-damage repair is the close second; we quote sub-floor and panel work flat-rate after a leak-source diagnosis.
House-battery and inverter diagnosis on Sprinter and ProMaster van builds is a weekly call. A diagnosis visit is $145 flat; a 200Ah lithium retrofit runs $1,850 - $2,650 flat including the new bank, BMS, and inverter wiring. Inverter swaps run $485 - $885 flat depending on size.
Slide-seal mildew on Class A rigs that sat in long-term SoDo storage shows up every spring. Slide-seal replacement is $285 - $485 flat per slide. Salt-air corrosion on entry-step motors and exterior compartment latches off the Elliott Bay waterfront drives a steady stream of step-motor swaps at $245 - $385 flat.

Yes, we work many rigs at the curb in Magnolia, Ballard, SoDo, Georgetown, and West Seattle. We need a legal parking spot for the truck (often we double up next to the rig with hazards) and a clear written description of the issue.
Most curb work is roof reseal, awning repair, slide-out troubleshooting, and house-battery diagnosis. We schedule before metered hours when possible.
