Active mobile RV repair across North Bend, WA and the I-90 Snoqualmie Pass corridor. Same-day on roof, plumbing, electrical, slide-outs, AC, and generator service. Run by Dylan Pierce, RVIA-certified, accountable to the Cascade foothills community.
North Bend sits at the front door of Snoqualmie Pass on I-90, which puts our calendar squarely in sync with weekend pass traffic and the boondocker rigs that stage at Tinkham and Denny Creek before crossing into Eastern Washington. The I-90 corridor here pulls roughly 62 inches of rain a year, more than Seattle, so every rig that lives near the foothills carries a long-running roof and seal maintenance backlog.
The fleet we see in town is heavy on weekend Class C boondockers, small Class B Sprinter conversions running pass crossings, and toy haulers heading east toward Liberty and Cle Elum. We also pick up a steady volume of flatlander rigs coming up from the coast that are not tuned for 1,600 to 3,000 ft elevation around the Forest Service campgrounds.
Because most of the campgrounds out here are dry-camp or partial-hookup, the work skews toward house-battery, inverter, fresh and grey tank, and propane-appliance repair rather than full-hookup convenience calls. We bring the parts truck to the site so you do not have to break camp.
The two recurring failure patterns up here are wet-season roof intrusion and cold-soaked propane systems. Persistent rain from October through April loads up Dicor lap sealant on EPDM roofs until it cracks at vent flanges, antenna bases, and the front cap; we run a $185 - $385 reseal flat-rate that includes scrape, prep, and self-leveling Dicor over every penetration.
Snow-load and freeze-thaw on the slide-out tops at pass elevation tear up Schwintek seals and bend rail bearings on rigs left out through January. A Schwintek motor and rail kit swap runs $485 - $785 flat, and seal replacement on a single slide is $245 - $385 depending on slide length.
The other heavy bucket is propane-side ignition: cold-soaked Atwood and Suburban water heater DSI modules and Suburban furnace circuit boards stop firing reliably below 35 degrees, and altitude tuning on Onan generator carbs becomes necessary above 2,500 ft. DSI module swap is $185 - $285, generator carb service runs $185 - $285 with oil and filter included.

If you call before 11 AM we usually land same-day inside North Bend city limits and at Snoqualmie River RV Park. Emergency leak or no-power calls run a 2 to 4 hour response window.
For Tinkham or Denny Creek up the I-90 corridor, plan on 60 to 90 minutes from dispatch in normal weather. Pass-closure days during winter we will reschedule rather than push a truck through chains-required conditions.
Yes. Roof reseal is one of our highest-volume jobs at Snoqualmie River RV Park because rigs that live there year-round take the full 62 inches of annual rainfall.
We do scrape and reseal over every penetration with Dicor self-leveling lap sealant for $185 - $385 flat. Full EPDM membrane replacement runs $1,850 - $3,200 depending on roof length.
A single Schwintek slide motor and rail kit swap is $485 - $785 flat-rate, parts and labor inclusive. We carry the most common Lippert in-wall Schwintek parts on the truck.
If both rails on a multi-slide rig need rebuild we will quote it on the phone before we leave the shop. No surprise charges, no diagnostic fee.
Yes. Onan QG and Microquiet carbs run lean above 2,500 ft and we re-jet or adjust mixture screws as part of generator service. Full carb service plus oil, filter, and spark plug runs $185 - $285.
If the carb itself is fouled past tuning we replace it and roll the part cost into the flat-rate before dispatch.
We can. Burst PEX line repair on the road runs $245 - $485 depending on how many sections are split and how buried the run is in the underbelly.
If you are dry-camping at Tinkham we bring the SharkBite fittings, PEX, and pressure-test kit on the truck so we finish in one visit.
Yes. Class A diesel pushers staging here in September and October before heading south are a regular part of our calendar. We do leveling-jack rebuild, slide-out service, AC capacitor swaps, and pre-trip inspection.
Chassis and engine work goes to a Cummins or Freightliner shop in Seattle or Bellevue; we cover everything coach-side.
Standard hours are 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Saturday. After-hours emergency dispatch carries a $40 to $75 surcharge on top of the flat-rate.
Sunday calls are case-by-case and we will tell you on the phone whether we can land that day or first thing Monday.
No, as long as we have access to the rig and a phone number for sign-off. Many of our calls at Tinkham and Denny Creek happen while the owner is out on the trail.
We text photos before and after, send the flat-rate quote in writing, and run payment on the truck once you approve.
The North Bend truck stages off SE North Bend Way near downtown so we can reach Tinkham and Denny Creek up I-90 inside an hour and Snoqualmie River RV Park in 10 minutes. Same-day landing on calls placed before 11 AM, 2 to 4 hour emergency response on roof, electrical, and propane safety calls.
Extended-area runs out to Snoqualmie, Issaquah, Fall City, and Cle Elum land same-day or next-morning depending on call volume. What we do not cover here is chassis work; engine, transmission, and frame issues on Class A diesel pushers go to Cummins Northwest in Renton or Freightliner of Seattle.
