Active mobile RV repair across Waco, McLennan County, and the I-35 dealer corridor down through Hewitt. Same-day on roof, plumbing, electrical, slide-outs, AC, and Onan generator service. Run by Caleb Diaz, RVIA-certified, dispatching from 1000 Columbus Ave.
Waco's RV community runs hot, hails hard, and drinks limestone water. We sit at the south end of Texas Tornado Alley's hail corridor, and every spring storm season the Magnolia and Baylor tourism inflow runs straight into baseball-sized stones off I-35.
The local rig mix is heavy on 5th-wheels and Class A diesel pushers. That tracks the dealer footprint along Enterprise Blvd in Hewitt and the long-term storage along Lake Waco at Airport Park. We see a steady cycle of warranty PDIs from Fun Town and Crestview, plus full-timers staged at North Crest waiting on parts.
Spring through fall is hail and roof season; high summer past 100F bakes Dicor and EPDM seams; winter brings the rare hard freeze that splits PEX runs on rigs left winterized wrong. We schedule around all three patterns, and we run mobile-only - the truck comes to your site at the lake, the dealer lot, or the home driveway off Bosque Blvd.
Hail is the number one driver of roof and AC calls here. After every spring supercell, we work through skylight cracks (Dometic and Heng's domes split clean across the dome face), flattened AC shrouds on Coleman Mach and Dometic Penguin units, and lifted EPDM seams along the front cap.
The second pattern is heat-driven seal failure. Summer surface temps clip 105F and Dicor lap sealant beads dry, crack, and lift along front and rear cap seams within 18-24 months.
We bring this back with a $245 - $385 reseal: cleanout, primer, fresh self-leveling Dicor, and tape on the corner radii. Schwintek slide motors fail from heat-baked grease and ag-dust ingress off RR-6 and Highway 84; a full motor swap with new gear pack runs $485 - $785.
The third pattern is hard water. Lake Waco municipal supply runs above 7 grains-per-gallon hardness and scales Suburban and Atwood water heater elements.
A 6-gallon Suburban swap with anode rod and new T+P valve runs $785 - $1,195. Tankless Truma and Girard units on full-timers usually need a flow-sensor descaling at 150 - 175 each.

Same-day if you call before 11 AM and the truck is in McLennan County. Most Waco/Hewitt addresses are 20 - 40 minutes from Caleb's home base off Columbus Ave.
For after-hours emergencies (active leak, dead AC, no power) we can usually be on site within 2 - 4 hours, with a $40 - $75 after-hours fee added to the flat-rate.
Yes. Airport Park is one of our regular stops, especially after spring hail. We bring our own ladder, drop cloth, and primer plus self-leveling Dicor lap sealant on the truck.
A typical front-cap reseal at Airport Park runs $245 - $385 and finishes in one visit. Full perimeter reseals on a 30-foot Class A run $485 - $685.
A Schwintek (Lippert in-wall) motor swap runs $485 - $785 flat-rate, parts and labor included. That includes a new motor, fresh gear pack, and recalibration of the timing.
If the gear track itself is damaged from ag-dust ingress, we can re-shim or replace the rail; that adds $185 - $345 depending on slide width.
Yes. We do not run insurance claims as a body shop, but we re-skin AC shrouds, replace cracked Dometic skylights, and reseal lifted seams on EPDM and TPO roofs.
For full hail re-roofs (replacement membrane on a 32-foot 5th-wheel), we refer to a partner shop in DFW; we handle everything that does not require a new full sheet.
Yes. We run NRVIA Level 1 and Level 2 inspections on dealer lots in Hewitt, including Fun Town and Crestview. The inspection is independent - we work for the buyer, not the dealer.
Level 1 (pre-trip walkaround) runs $245 - $345; Level 2 (full systems check with moisture meter and roof walk) runs $385 - $585. Report delivered same-day by email.
Yes. Class A diesel pushers and gas chassis are the dominant rig type along the Enterprise Blvd corridor and we work on them daily. Roof, plumbing, electrical, slide-outs, AC, generator - all on-site.
What we do not handle: chassis-level work (engine, transmission, brakes, leveling air bags). For Cummins ISL-9 or Freightliner XCS chassis service we refer to Cummins Sales and Service in Waco or a Freightliner dealer in DFW.
Yes. The Trinity/Edwards limestone aquifer feeds Waco municipal supply at over 7 gpg hardness, and we replace 6-gallon Suburban and Atwood units regularly. A full swap runs $785 - $1,195.
If the tank itself still holds and you just need an anode rod and element, that is a $145 - $245 service. We carry both 120V and combo (LP + electric) elements on the truck.
No. As long as the rig is unlocked or you can leave a key with the campground host, we can work without you on site. We text photos before and after, and we call before any change-order.
Payment is taken by phone or text-link after the work is signed off, so you can be at Magnolia Market or back home in Dallas while we work.
Caleb's truck parks off Columbus Ave near downtown Waco, which puts most of McLennan County inside a 30-minute window. Same-day service is locked in if you call before 11 AM; emergency response (leak, no AC in 100F+, dead converter) is 2 - 4 hours.
Extended-area calls into Hill County (Hillsboro), Bell County (Temple, Belton), and Coryell County (Gatesville) are 4 - 6 hour next-day runs at the same flat-rate. Chassis work (engine, transmission, brakes, leveling air bags) goes to Cummins Sales and Service in Waco or to Freightliner Custom Chassis in DFW; we handle everything from the chassis up.
