Active mobile RV repair across the Arlington entertainment district and the I-30 / Cooper Street corridor. Same-day on roof, plumbing, electrical, slide-outs, AC, generators, and awnings. Run by Logan Reed, RVIA-certified, accountable to central Tarrant County.
Arlington's 76011 entertainment district (AT&T Stadium, Globe Life Field, Six Flags Over Texas, Hurricane Harbor) draws huge transient Class A and Super-C traffic during Cowboys and Rangers season, plus event weekends like the College Football Playoff and major concerts. The KOA on Cooper Street regularly sells out 6 months ahead, and our calendar fills with on-site coach service for those out-of-state visitors.
Local rig population also skews heavily toward fifth-wheels and toy haulers staging for runs to Cedar Creek Lake, Joe Pool Lake, and Possum Kingdom. The I-30 corridor pulls in a steady stream of weekenders from both Dallas and Fort Worth sides, and breakdown service on I-30 between exits 30 and 38 lands in our queue every weekend.
Class A coach owners attending events tend to want pre-event service Wednesday or Thursday so the rig is ready for guests by Friday afternoon. That clusters our entertainment-district workload mid-week and pushes routine maintenance to Mondays and Tuesdays.
DFW Hail Alley smashes Arlington roofs every March through May. Multi-event spring seasons routinely total rooftop AC condenser shrouds, Maxxair vent lids, skylights, and front fiberglass caps. A complete shroud swap with new gaskets is $185 to $245 flat, and a Dicor lap sealant front-cap reseal runs $245 flat on most travel trailers.
Event-weekend Class A traffic puts a heavy load on coach systems. We run rooftop AC capacitor swaps ($165 to $245 flat), Onan generator service ($185 to $285 flat), and Schwintek slide motor swaps ($385 to $485 flat) on rigs that just rolled in from out of state and need to be guest-ready by Friday. Awning fabric and arm replacement is also a recurring entertainment-district call ($385 to $685 flat depending on length).
The Feb 2021 Uri freeze drove a multi-year backlog of PEX, water-heater, and underbelly-insulation repair work on coaches stored exposed across Tarrant County. Shurflo Aquajet pump replacement is $245 to $385 flat; a 6-gallon Atwood/Suburban water heater swap runs $785 to $1,395 flat. Triple-digit summers continue to cook slide seals and EPDM membranes ahead of factory ratings, so re-tape and re-Dicor service runs continuously through July and August.

The KOA on Cooper Street is 5 minutes from our N Pecan Street truck position, so a same-day morning call usually lands inside an hour. We run a regular weekly route through the entertainment district.
Event-weekend service (Cowboys, Rangers, Six Flags peak season) gets prioritized scheduling - call by Wednesday for a guaranteed Thursday/Friday slot. Emergency response is 2 to 4 hours.
Yes. We run pre-event coach service at the official RV staging lots near AT&T Stadium and Globe Life Field, and we cover the I-30 / Cooper Street RV motels and overflow lots during big event weekends.
Common calls are AC capacitor failures, generator surge, slide-out won't extend, and emergency leak repair. We don't touch chassis work - that goes to Cummins Coach Care of Fort Worth or Freightliner.
Awning fabric only (no motor or arm) runs $385 to $585 flat depending on length. Full awning replacement (motor, arms, and fabric) is $685 to $1,285 flat for Carefree or Solera units up to 21 feet.
We carry common 16-foot, 18-foot, and 21-foot fabric on the truck. Custom lengths require a 24 to 48 hour parts order.
Yes. Spring hail and outflow-wind events are our busiest emergency window.
Same-day patch work to stop active water intrusion is $145 to $245 flat. We document the damage with timestamped photos for your insurance claim.
Full repair scopes (membrane, sub-floor drying, ceiling panel) get re-quoted once we expose the damage.
Yes. We run NRVIA Level 1 ($185 to $285) and Level 2 ($385 to $585) pre-purchase inspections at dealer lots, private-seller storage, and consignment yards across Arlington, Grand Prairie, Mansfield, and Pantego.
Reports are delivered same-day with photos, slide-out cycle counts, full electrical test, and appliance start-up. You can negotiate or walk away before closing.
Yes. Treetops is on our regular weekly route, and we run roof reseals, vent gasket replacements, and skylight swaps as part of routine resident-stay service.
A spot reseal is $145 to $185 flat. A full perimeter reseal runs $385 to $585 flat.
A complete front-cap reseal is $245 flat. We carry Dicor lap sealant and EPDM seam tape on the truck.
Standard service is 7 AM to 7 PM Monday through Saturday, with after-hours emergency response up to 10 PM at a $40 to $75 flat surcharge.
Sunday calls are emergency only (active leak, lockout, dead generator at the campground). Same-day scheduling cutoff for guaranteed arrival is 11 AM.
Not for most jobs. If the rig is unlocked, on shore power, and we have key access to cabinets and storage bays, we can run roof, AC, awning, slide-out, and most plumbing service without you on-site.
You do need to be present (or on a phone callback) for pre-purchase inspections, payment confirmation on jobs over $1,000, and any work that involves moving the rig.
The truck stages out of 206 N Pecan St #2 in Arlington (76011), giving us 5-minute access to AT&T Stadium and Globe Life Field, 10 minutes to Six Flags and Hurricane Harbor, and clean shots up I-30 and down Cooper Street to the KOA and event lots. Same-day arrival inside Arlington proper is the rule when you call before 11 AM, with a 2 to 4 hour emergency response window.
Extended-area calls (Mansfield, Grand Prairie, Pantego, Cedar Hill, Kennedale) run on a 4 to 6 hour response, sometimes pushing to next-day during peak event weekends. We don't run chassis work - engine, transmission, brake, and drive-axle repair on Class A coaches and Class C cutaways goes to Cummins Coach Care of Fort Worth, Freightliner of Fort Worth, or Daimler Trucks for Sprinter-based units.
